REO fabricates a wide variety of prism types for operation in the 193 nm to 12 µm spectral range utilizing substrate materials including sapphire, optical glasses, fused silica, Si, Ge, ZnSe, ZnS, CaF₂, MgF₂, Cleartran and AMTIR.  We particularly specialize in the production of components with high quality surfaces, minimal edge defects, large clear apertures, tight angular tolerances and low wavefront error.  We can consistently deliver this superior performance because every aspect of the fabrication and coating process is conducted using carefully controlled, leading-edge process technologies.  Plus, we employ a full suite of advanced metrology instruments to achieve arc second level angle accuracy and verify all aspects of final performance.
