Manufacturer’s Edge recognizes REO’s recent success in serving customers and employees

REO partnered with Colorado based manufacturing assistance center, Manufacturer’s Edge, to provide better customer service and create a culture of empowered and invested employees. Partially funded by the NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), Manufacturer’s Edge encourages the strength and competitiveness of Colorado manufacturers through onsite technical assistance. This support is provided through coaching, training, and consulting, as well as collaboration-focused industry programs and leveraging government, university and economic development partnerships. REO identified areas for improvement in order to expand the business, attract new clients, and recruit and retain the most talented workforce. Together with Manufacturer’s Edge, REO implemented strategic systems to provide improved manufacturing efficiency and employee satisfaction.
