Terry L. Moshier
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President
In over 30 years of management of high technology enterprises, Terry Moshier has consistently demonstrated and honed his ability to develop and implement successful growth strategies. Prior to joining REO, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Asyst Technologies (Fremont, CA), a public company which he grew from revenues of $70M to over $350M in less than five years. Before that, he held key management positions at Motorola, SCI Systems and Texas Instruments. Mark G. Damery
Vice President and General Manager of Sales
Mark Damery has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management of thin film coatings, and has a proven track record of growing sales and developing new markets. Prior to joining REO he was employed by Optical Coating Laboratory, Inc. in Santa Rosa, California (now part of JDSU), where he held various engineering and sales management positions, including Territory Sales Manager for the New England States Region and the Central United States Region. Mr. Damery received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the California State University at Chico.Contact Mark
Susan J. Anway, CPA
Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Susan Anway has 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, including 20 years in financial management. She has been with REO since the company’s founding, and was appointed CFO in 2000. In 2005 she was appointed to the board of directors. In 2009 she was appointed Secretary and Treasurer. She came to REO from Particle Measuring Systems, and, before that, held various positions in finance, tax and general accounting in the oil and gas industry. Ms. Anway holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and dual Master of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado at Denver.Contact Susan
Trey Turner
Vice President of Technology & Strategy
Trey Turner joined REO in 1994 and has served in a variety of roles in R&D, engineering, program management, and business development. His significant technical contributions include co-invention of a solid state laser based system for aerosol particle characterization, development of a new approach to controlling the resonance parameters of Fabry-Perot etalons, and creation of a number of novel designs for thin film optical coatings. He has three patents currently issued or pending for his work at REO. Prior to joining REO, Trey studied femtosecond optical phenomena and diode laser spectroscopy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Lawrence University and a Master of Science degree in Physics from the University of Texas at Austin.Contact Trey
Mark Notarfrancesco
Vice President of Manufacturing Operations
Mark Notarfrancesco has extensive experience in the development and management of high technology manufacturing processes, including over 13 years at Intel, where he implemented the fabrication of logic and memory chips at multiple technology nodes. Before joining REO, Mark held P&L responsibility for several key product lines at Advanced Energy, a manufacturer of radio frequency power products for solar, information technology and industrial applications. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied and Engineering Physics from Cornell University, and received his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Oregon Health and Sciences University.Contact Mark
Kim Hagel
Director, Human Resources
Kim Hagel has over 30 years experience in human resources, including 20 years in management. Prior to joining REO, Kim was the Vice President of Human Resources for North America at Sunrise Medical.
